Clean and very helpful staff
It's clean and all the washers and dryers work plus the employees are nice. Always sad to see when it's closed it's the only laundry mat I like to go to in Jacksonville.
For a laundromat it's pretty clean and not bad pricing.
There was a clean looking lady in there working and I said I was in the wrong one. She replied that, hers was much better than the other laundry place in town so I should stay there. BIG FAT LIE!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! GO TO THE ONE ON MORTON BY BURGER KING. CLEAN, NEWER MACHINES, LARGER MACHINES. NOT TO MENTION, THEY DO NOT LIE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS!
Folks at Highlander, update your facilities and offer what we need..offer fair competition and the latest in various sized machines up to 6 load capacity. Then and only then can you begin to think you might have a better offering.
I walked in to nothing being updated since 1964. Seriously, even the colors. The machines were tiny. Needed to launder my fluffy blankets , king size, and just felt so cramped. I could have crammed it in my own washer.
I tried going to the other laundromat in town, but was met with a worker who seemed very unappreciative of my business and was just flat out rude to me. So I decided to come here, and was immediately greeted with friendliness and was actually thanked on several occasions for stopping by and doing business there... I felt very welcomed. I highly recommend this place over one simply for that fact.
