I heard this was a wonderful place to get things engraved so I thought I’d try it. When I had received my pendants I didn’t get a chance to look at them until I had gotten home. When I looked at them, there’s was damage in the corner of one my pendants and a scratch on the other from their engraving machine. I was not happy and called them and the man was very rude. I asked for my money back and they apparently don’t give refunds and now I know why, they don’t do a good job and to make money they say no refunds.
I wouldn’t go to ANYONE else for jewelry! Best customer service, best prices, overall AMAZING!!!!!
