I just want to say despite the negative reviews, this is like any store. They have excellent quality furniture and they have lesser quality. It depends on what you buy. My wife and I have bought many pieces here and except for one they have all been excellent. And that one was of lesser quality but fantastic price.

I was impressed with the friendly staff and large selection of what appeared to be well-made, but reasonably priced furniture.

I have worked for this company for almost 4 years. I am proud to be able to bring quality furniture and bedding to my hometown at quality prices. While the shipping issues can occasionally impact delivery, we strive to make sure that each and every customer receives their product as quickly as possible. As far as the employees, they have always been awesome to us. There have been a few clunkers but you search for the good ones and everything will be great. My wife just recently bought me a new leather recliner and I am eagerly waiting for it to arrive.

Two years ago we bought a cloud and it is the best sleeping experience ever and still going strong. Was not cheep but you get what you pay for.

Ordered a sectional couch at their customer appreciation sale for a reasonable price. We were aware that it would take at least 2 weeks, up to 4, for the order to arrive. I called the day before it was due to arrive, November 10th, to ask if they knew yet whether the order would be in on time on the 11th. They called me back about an hour later and informed me it was available for pick up from 3 to 6. I arrived at 340 the next day, and their warehouse workers weren't available. Came back at 4 and they had returned, but then they were unable to find my order. The manager briefly showed me an order form alleging it was supposed to be there but it wasn't. I informed her that I had already disposed of my previous couch in order to make room for the new one, but I wasn't keen on taking the floor model like she suggested. She seemed annoyed at me for that, and had one of her employees take me over to inspect the floor model. As I was making may way to inspect it, she remarked that, "You have to expect these types of things to happen when we get busy!" I fail to see how that is in any way a reasonable outlook for a store manager, and quite irresponsible. As I said, I had called ahead to confirm it's arrival before disposing of my old couch and picking up the new one. If I had wanted the floor model, I would have taken it with me two weeks ago when I bought the couch. Shop there with your own discretion, but be prepared to pay a 25% restocking fee if things go south.
